The Maps Professional Network is planning to publish an overview of all cartographic collections in Switzerland next year; this publication will be released digitally and updated every five years. The information will be compiled and submitted independently by the institutions; the deadline is Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

We would be delighted if many institutions would participate in this publication project. Those responsible at the institutions can request further information and the template for contributions to the publication via [email protected]; we are also available at this address to answer any additional questions.

The Map Specialized Network serves to facilitate the exchange of experiences and address common concerns among Switzerland’s map collections and is open to all libraries and other institutions with map collections.
