Company from Unterägeri puts old maps online
On Tuesday, July 21, 2015, Klokan Technologies GmbH, based in Unterägeri (Canton of Zug), launched the world’s first mobile app that can show users their location on hundreds of thousands of old maps from around the world. At the same time, the latest version of the well-known website OldMapsOnline.org—also developed by Klokan Technologies—went live.
